Recent Americas Best Value Mackinaw Review: "This is a "no frills" hotel but a good value for the money. The front desk staff was courteous and efficient. They were even friendly to our sons who didn't check in until after 11pm. The breakfast offered could have been better. Waffle machine wasn't working so that left yogurt, cereal and pastries. Other staff was friendly and helpful. We were there  during car show weekend in June. The hotel was full but no problems with noise or other guests. We had to leave earlier than we planned and staff was very understanding. We would stay here again and would recommend to anyone who doesn't need bells and whistles, just clean sheets and friendly service."
