| Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, room amenities were just fine.
Wireless was Mac unfriendly, Safari didn't work, no email possible ( couldn't use MacBook or iPad online. Heat did not work on air conditioner / heater.
Restaurants were not close by, had to drive several blocks.
Generally quite satisfied despite the problems, good value. |

| Liked the choice of three queen beds. Second floor was not great for my husband's walking challenges but the room cooled down to a good sleeping temp. T.V. and control was easy ... liked the double sinks. Shower was another story ... tough to navigate and no consistency to the temperature.
Enjoyed being out of the hub-bub of the heart of Mackinaw C ity. |

| The carpet in the room was very dirty. The outside door had gaps all the way around. We needed a roll away bed and it was horrible. The breakfast room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. |

| This is a "no frills" hotel but a good value for the money. The front desk staff was courteous and efficient. They were even friendly to our sons who didn't check in until after 11pm. The breakfast offered could have been better. Waffle machine wasn't working so that left yogurt, cereal and pastries. Other staff was friendly and helpful. We were there during car show weekend in June. The hotel was full but no problems with noise or other guests. We had to leave earlier than we planned and staff was very understanding. We would stay here again and would recommend to anyone who doesn't need bells and whistles, just clean sheets and friendly service. |

| My stay at the hotel was great. The only bad thing was that it was a walk from the attractions, bars and festivities of Mackinaw City. |

| We only spent the night, arriving at 10:30 p.m.. The hotel was easy to find and had easy access to the highway. The office staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, but there were only a couple of towels for 3 of us (we had booked for 4 people). However, the staff quickly got more, The one complaint we had was that the mattresses (2 queens) were extremely hard. Our teenager ended up sleeping on the floor, stating it was more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was okay, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Compared to where we spent the next night in Mackinaw City, the price was good. |

| Very nice large comfortable room. The only issue I had was I think the A/C-Heater unit need to be cleaned, it had a musty smell when it was on. |

| Off the main strip, but close enough to drive in and enjoy the sights and sounds of Mackinac City at night.
Affordable and clean with a great free breakfast. |

| The outside of the hotel was very nice and well kept...The clerk at the desk was very friendly....I would stay here again in the future
The only complaints I have was that the bathroom was too tiny and the bed could have been more comfortable |
