| We enjoyed everything, but thought with our reservation we were getting a room with a jetted tub. It wasn't. There was also some sort or fan going all night, don't know if it was some sort of furnace or what. Other then that it was a nice stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. |

| This hotel was average and I'm not sure if being in a somewhat tourist area was the reason for the exhorbant charge, but I expected much more out of the hotel for what we paid. I've stayed in several nice hotels, including other Best Westerns, for less money. The bathroom was extremely small and the size of the room was unusually small, and the furniture made it feel crowded..which could be why it seemed small. Service seemed to be OK, but didn't really need anything while we were there. Had minor internet connection troubles and they resolved it with their IT support very quickly which was nice. |

| The room was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed to find that there was no game room or jetted tub as stated. The pool area is not stocked with towels so you must go to the front desk to request towels each time you swim which is inconvenient. The complimentary continental breakfast was nice to get the day started. It was basic but adequate, serving hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles, juice, coffee tea, cereal , muffins and bagels. It does close at 10 a.m. on the dot.. so when I arrived at 10:01 to get a cup of tea on my first morning there, the door was already locked. |

| The room was nice, the continental breakfast wasa very nice. Direct access to your room was convenient. The only complaint was with the customers staying above our room. They started walking back and forth at a very early time, constant for 2 hours. Big let down!! |

| Comfortable stay ... easy-access, reasonably clean room. However, the 2nd floor is where you'd like to be as either Macy's was holding parade rehearsals above us or the guests were just getting up for the day.
(Still thinking it was for the parade.)
Can't believe acoustics weren't a part of the building plan. All in all, comfortable room at an easy price. |

| Breakfast was quite diverse - bagels, hard boiled eggs, danishes, make-your-own waffles, cereal, fruit, orange/apple juice and coffee.
The rooms were clean and service was really friendly.
Caution: the beds are *really* firm/hard. Not to my liking, but it was a overall satisfying place to rest my head at night. |

| I had booked this room a month ahead of time. We decided to go up to the area a few days ahead of time and the Best Western was booked. We stayed at a hotel down the street and moved to the Best Western for one night. We wish we had been able to stay at the Best Western the whole time. |
