| The room was clean, right on the main strip of Mackinaw City. They provided a continental breakfast that was different each day, sure you could go down the street to the pancake chef and get a better meal but for a free meal it was good and satisfying. The hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable if we had any questions. I would recommend this to anyone for a great location for a great price. |

| The young man at check in was very friendly and gave us a coupon for the ferry to Mackinaw Island. He changed our second floor room to the first floor since we checked in fairly early and my husband had a bad knee. Overall a good place to stay the night before going to the island. |

| We were in town for the semi show/parade and stayed at the Court Plaza Inn & Suites on Central Ave--it was a perfect location to see the parade--right on the route! |

| Great location, right in the heart of the strip eliminating driving the car everywhere. The room was clean, the beds could be more comfortable but overall the room was a good place to lay your head at night. Will go back on the next trip. |

| Staff was friendly and checked us in and out quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was too cold, but hot tub was great. Eggs, sausage one day and biscuits and gravy the next day, selection of breads, 3 kinds of cold cereal, donut holes, hard boiled eggs,orange slices, apple and orange juice & coffee for the continental breakfast. This was a great start to our day. The location was PERFECT. It was located at the end of the main street where all the shops are. There was also a variety of places to eat and a few bars. Try The Keyhole Bar and order the steamed shrimp & onion rings. It was the BEST!! Just a short walk to Shepler's Ferry, so you can leave your car parked at the hotel. The price was great & we would most definetly stay there again. |

| This was a great place to stay for the money. Check in was very fast and the desk person knew we were coming and was very pleasant. I think we got a bigger room than we paid for but they were full the first night we were there. The room had two queen beds and was large. It was also very clean. Right next to shopping and we walked to Sheppler's ferry. Didn't move our car until we left. The breakfast was just OK but the two young ladies kept everything full and the room clean as people finished their breakfast. Great value. |

| Exterior of hotel was very nice and clean looking.
Easy check-in & checkout process.
Very nice location on Mackinaw city, near all the 3 ferry docks that depart to the Island. Also walking distant among the shops/malls. |

| My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in August 2011. The desk clerk was very helpful when we checked in and gave several suggestions about restaurants and the best time to catch the boats to Mackinac Island. Two days after we left we found that we had accidentally left a box of jewelry in the room. We called the front desk and were told that it would be sent to us right away. The jewelry was sent to us by Priority Mail, but the postmark date was a week after we initially called. |
