| Hot water was not very well regulated. It would come and go when water in the next room was being used.
The breakfast buffet was good, but a circuit would trip when both waffle irons were being used. There was an attendant that would reset the fuse, but as an electrician I felt this was problem that can easily be rectified. Otherwise, a fire could occur, and that is very dangerous for a hotel. |

| The room was very clean although it was somewhat cramped - king size bed took up most of the room. The bathroom too was tiny with a pull-out door for closure. The only problem - we discovered the door did not actually lock when we left for the day but fortunately all was well. The price was exceptional; it was a good value. |

| Affordable hotel right on the water. Most rooms don't have a direct waterview. Our visit was during Fall "after season" so the area was rather quiet and uncrowded. Hotel staff was pleasant and friendly. Our room was not fancy ... but entirely adequate. We would stay here again. |

| When we arrived the hotel staff was very courteous and polite. There was one small computer glitch however: the room we were given actually had people staying in it already. Fortunately it was caught right away by the staff and we were upgraded to a lake view room. Unfortunately it was after we had already gone into the room (at least the people weren't in the room at the time...talk about awkward!) Otherwise the room was nice and clean, the location was convenient with easy access off and on the freeway. |

| Close to Arnold Line boats going to Island. Have to use Clarion beach (information not offered, we had to ask). Bathroom had mold around tub that needed to to rechaulked. Comforter had stains on it and needed changing. Pool clean except for sand at bottom. Hot tub water yellowish (yuk)--needed changing. Breakfast buffet very good. |

| The hotel was good. The bed's slept well, and the free breakfast was GREAT! All but the pool!!! It was green! And nasty! We just wish the pool would have been useable! |

| i liked this hotel very much. near to the Arnold ferry line. excellent breakfast. good service. i would recommend this hotel. |
