| As a budget hotel, it really had a lot to offer. There was a nice complimentary breakfast every morning that included: muffins, danish, 2 kinds of cereal and a make your own waffle station.
The hotel pool and hot tub were well maintained and the staff was very friendly.
Definitely a good value. |

| The Econo lodge South in Petosky was much better than I was expecting for the price. Even in early December. I will stay there again. |

| Super friendly staff in the office. Great place to stay, but I hope they were shocking the pool because it was hard for this asthmatic to breathe in there. |

| The hotel was easy to find. It was near shopping, the local quilt shop, the casino and near to the downtown area and restaurants. The employees were helpful and friendly. I had a good experience. |

| The hotel is rated 2 stars and that is appropriate as it is not luxurious. Having said that, the motel was perfect for our needs - a clean, convenient place to stay in Northern Michigan where we attended our friend's wedding. Nothing fancy, but we didn't need, nor did we expect, fancy at an Econo Lodge. |

| this motel was perfect for visitng a relative at the hospital in Petoskey. Location was great, and the breakfast and pool were just what we needed. |
