| Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. Had grandkids stay also and the indoor water park was a lot of fun for them. Also for their parents to play along with them. A very clean hotel and friendly. |

| Beautiful view of the bridge and right on the lake! However, the beds were only double, not queen. The employees were not very friendly upon check in/out or when we asked questions. The pool had so much chlorine that my eyes were burning after just a short time. The next day there was a problem with a pump which closed the pool for several hours. Several doors did not automatically close, which made them not lock. Could be a safety issue. |

| We had our 5 yr. old grandson with us and he thoroughly enjoyed the water park. The breakfast was fantastic. We have already recommended the hotel to family members. Close to downtown and right on the beach. Perfect. |

| Great location - minutes from downtown Mackinaw City and we even walked it once without any complaints from the kids. Our daughters loved the waterpark and the hot breakfast, especially the make-your-own waffles! Wish we would've known that there were 2 other indoor waterparks we could've used along with the one at our hotel. Oh well. There were plenty of other things to keep us busy. |

| I thought it was very nice for the price. If you have children, the water park will probably be a big plus. Rooms were clean, everything was in good condition, a nice breakfast - overall it was a very pleasant stay. The beds were a bit thin/soft for my liking, but other than that I have no complaints. It is within walking distance of all the attractions, which is nice as you can leave your car there should you plan on taking a ferry (as the lots there are pretty crowded). |

| The rooms were nice enough but the water park was terrible. The jacuzzi was cold and the water slides were shut down when we were there. Very dissappointing for the kids. Continental breakfast was great and would reccommend this hotel if your not looking for too much out of the pool |

| Paying extra for the balcony view over Lake Huron was not worth the extra money. The beds were a little hard. The carpet needs to be updated. I will end on a positive note - the water park was great, my 11yr old enjoyed that, the free breakfast was awesome, not just a continental breakfast. Terri in the breakfast room works her tail off to keep things fresh, hot, and tables clean. |

| Pros:
Rooms and amenities are clean and the hotel is fairly new. It has an indoor water park that's great for families and small kids. There's also a nice little beach area if you want to take a dip in the lake. If you're going to be staying for a couple of days make sure you get a lake side room. Breakfast items are ok and the staff is friendly.
Cons:
Wireless is free but it doesn't work very well, poor signal strength and DHCP issues. |

| The hotel was just an overnite stay for us, and we arrived after dinner. The kids loved the water park. Us parents weren't as impressed...the air was fairly cold, the hot tub had a ton of chlorine steam coming off of it, and the lazy river/pool area seemed a bit cloudy. But kids don't care about any of that and they had a blast. The water park was attached to our Bridge Vista hotel building. (some reviews said it was not.) Room was very clean and spacious; we had a great view of the lake. Breakfast was on 3rd floor (??) but was pretty good for continental breakfast. Our room had a pull-out sofa which we appreciated for our family of 5. I'd recommend this hotel for any family. |
