| We were very pleased to receive an automatic Upgrade on our room! We were placed in a Balcony Suite overlooking the beautiful Lake, a very pleasant experience! |

| What a fun time we had. The kids loved it. Free indoor waterparks nearby. Friendly staff and the cleaner even made birds with the towels. The kids thought that was very special!! Great view of the bridge. Lovely sunsets and sunrises. You could lay in bed and watch the sunset!!! Very satisfied. |

| We enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice and bath water warm and the hot tub was a good temperature. The complimentary breakfast was good variety and fresh. The room itself needs improvement. You can see the outside from inside on both sides of the heater/air coditioner so we had to stuff towels in so no bugs would get in. The shower never got beyond barely warm, more on the cold side. The sink faucet would not turn off all the way and was a constant drizzle running. Walls dirty in some areas. |

| The room was very hot and we could not get the air conditioner to work to cool it down. We finally opened the door, which was very unsettling.
The internet did not work, lamps did not work, etc. I do not recommend this hotel. |

| Hotel is not a very good place to stay. When we got to the room we had to call the front dest to fix the patio screen was kicked out. Here it is only the end of July and the smoke detector starts beeping off & on at 3:00am. Call the front desk again to have them change the battery. We had a beach view or you could call it that. Sit on the back porch on broken chairs. The parking lot was a joke. Would have to pull your vehicle in to a parking spot and then you would have to back all the way down the line to beable to turn around and go. Ice machine empty most of the time in the middle of the day. Hotel at the very end of the hotels strip. |

| This was a good room for the money if you need an overnight stay on your way to Mackinac Island. I would not recommend it for an extended stay. The shower temperature fluctuated so much that it was dangerous to shower. |
