| Overall good, not great. Room smelled a little bit, and the bed was not that comfortable. But the proximity to the shops and Mackinac Island Ferry, plus view of the beach made it a good stay. |

| They put queen size top sheet on a king size bed which was uncomfortable. We told the maid who changed it, but the day that maid was off the new maid again put a queen size on the bed again. Other than this we were very satisfied. Maybe Ramada Inns National should be informed of this problem. |

| We found this to be a very nice hotel for our family trip. We were able to simply walk across the parking lot and board the Star Line ferry. They offer breakfast but we did not make use of this service. I would recommend this hotel for the right price. |

| didnt enjoy the hassle of going across the street for our comp.breakfast and clerk there was on phone and gave us wrong directions to go to eat |

| The Crow's Nest hot tub outside on the upper level of the hotel was definitely a new experience. Everything was very well maintained. The only downfall we found was that there were no mirrors in the bathrooms themselves--the mirrors were outside of the bathrooms! |

| Loved the view and convenience of the Ferry docks to Mackinaw Island. It was great to go out your back door of the room and be right on a sandy beach. Would stay hear again and recommend to my friends and family |

| Hotel was nicely decorated, although it was obviously not brand-new. It was very conveniently located to the main local attractions. The only feature that could really use some improvement was the breakfast area. It was small for the size of the hotel and oddly shaped. The food offerings were more than adequate, but had a definite store-bought look to them. |

| The hotel was decent, the room and pool were clean, and the hotel was very quite. For some reason the hotel did not offer the free breakfast that was advertised, we were instead told that we could go eat breakfast at a neighboring hotel. Also, we were given free passes to an indoor water park at a neighboring hotel and it was more like an indoor water playground that was full of wild, unattended teenagers; my 3 year old was knocked to the floor by a running boy within minutes of arriving and we left. Overall the hotel was tolerable and was comparable to other hotels in the area; for whatever reason there are few "higher end" places to stay in Mackinaw City. |

| We stayed at the Ramada for the annual Zoo-de-Mack bike outing. The hotel was clean, priced fairly, quiet, and close to all the festivities. This hotel is immediately next door to the Arnold Ferry Line which is also very convenient. |
